Based in Geneva, Illinois, he oversees the Eastern Region and is known as a “space wizard” for his deep technical expertise and style.

With over 20 years in IT, Brian began his career in customer service before advancing to senior leadership and DevOps. Before co-founding Improve Technologies, he led IT operations for a large corporate firm, driving major productivity gains through system optimization. Passionate about innovation and ethical standards, he now oversees the Western Region from Denver, ensuring clients get seamless, secure, and high-performing IT solutions.
